Today I have a single page layout to share with you and it has had me stumped for about 2 months! That's how long it's been sitting on my desk waiting for a title and I can't seem to think of something that works just right. Maybe you can help me out?!?!?
Here's the layout...
My colors are Basic Gray, Daffodil Delight (from the Summer Smooches DSP) and Tangerine Tango. How did the city know, when they built our park, to use those colors to match my papers so nicely!!!!!
You may be wondering how I did that stamping along the top of the page. Well, I made myself a mosaic stamp (same one I used here) with rubber scraps and an extra wood block. I think it works wonderfully for park pictures...kind of reminds me of the rocks at the park!
My title is going to go on the piece of DSP. So what do you think? Got any stellar title ideas that you can share with me?
Have an inspired day!

I Spy with My Little Eye...
...NEW stamping stuff!!!!!
This is one of the projects my stamp clubs are doing this month and it's full of new stamping products...in fact, I used 6 new products on this project! Can you guess what they are? One of them is hiding in this picture and you will see it in a close up if you scroll down!
Here's a close up of the sweet card.
I made a little window in my card with a Framelit and put my stamped image in behind. You can't really tell in the picture, but the yellow layer is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. Do you see how there's an embossed edge around the cut out? I love that the framelits do that! My stamped image is two colors. I first stamped my image in Lucky Limeade and then again on a scrap with the yellow. I punched the yellow flowers out and stuck them over top two of the green ones. It's finished off with some bling courtesy of our Basic Rhinestones!
You may know that our ink pads were reconfigured with this new catalog that will be available June 1. I played with one of those new ink pads yesterday and I'm loving them! I love how they feel. I love how they hold ink. I love how the stamp accepts the ink from the new pad and ultimately how crisp and clear my stamped image is on my cardstock. I can't wait for you to see them and try them out!
Ok, here's a closer look at the box...
The box is made with the Matchbox die (which is retiring...get it while you can!) and the the Top Note die. The Top note is kind of wrapped around the matchbox and tied at the top so it stays shut. The Matchbox fits 4 Hershey Nuggets perfectly...and there's that 6th product I mentioned at the top of the post! I love the sentiment on the tag..."One who finds a faithful friend finds a treasure"...so true!
I'm off...baseball (x2 tonight!), baseball pictures, a mountain of laundry and I still haven't decided what to have for supper tonight (any ideas for something quick and simple that's not eggs & toast or PB&J?!?!?). Have an inspired day!

Mickey Memories
Since our Disney trip was full of firsts for our boys, I wanted them to have a way to record all the things they were doing and how exciting it was for them. Before we left, I made each of them little scrapbooks using the 5x5 Art Journals (on the retiring list).
Yesterday, I mentioned how I wrote in my journal each night. I had them do the same with their little scrapbooks and we also left some blank pages for them to put pictures in.
I used some Real Red polka dot DSP (from the Brights Stack) and covered both the front and back of their books. The Mickeys were made with Basic Black cardstock which I cut with the Circles die. I downloaded a free Disney font and printed their names on Daffodil Delight cardstock to personalize each of their books. I trimmed around the words and punched the ends with my square punch to make a banner. I finished them off with a few ribbons tied on one of the coils.
It was so sweet to see them write about their day in their books. They were so excited to read to us what they wrote and it was amazing to hear and read what their favorite experiences were. They are excited to add some pictures and take their books to school to share with their friends and teachers!
One last thing to share today! Here's a picture of us in front of the castle in the Magic Kingdom in Disney World.
And, us with Mickey at Animal Kingdom!
That's all for today. Have an inspired day!

A Little Digital
One of the hilights of Stampin' Up! trips is the hospitality room! This a the room where we go everyday to see other demos, see project samples and ideas and spin to win! That's right, Spin to Win! Each day demos get to spin the wheel to win some fabulous stuff. At Disney, the first day we all spun and got this fun journal to record our thoughts and memories of the trip!
Every night I wrote all about what we did that day! I have loads of pictures to scrapbook and having written down stuff each day I have lots of journaling done too...just have to transfer it to my scrapbook pages!
Now, I'm not entirely sure that they created these journals with MDS for us, but they look an awful lot like the journals we can create and print with MDS and Stampin' Up!'s professional printing services.
Today is Tuesday and that means new digital downloads. There's a fantastic alphabet punch and a super fun new stamp set called Seriously Awesome that I think will become part of my digital tools! You can find this week's digital downloads here.

Carter's Card
The day before we left for our vacation, Carter had a birthday party to go to. He desperately wanted to help me make a card for his friend (aka...he wanted to do it!). I'm sure I could have make it a whole lot quicker without his "help", but it was fun creating with him!
He chose the colors, the stamp set and of course he had to use my Big Shot!!! Here's what he came up with!
I helped him a little with putting stuff on straight and using my cutter, but other than that, he did it! He was so proud when it was done...I hope his friend liked it!

Welcome Home!
For the last two weeks, I have been away on the Stampin' Up! Incentive Trip in Disney World! I took Kevin and the boys with me! We spent the first week in Disney World and the second week at some other theme parks in and around Orlando. I will share some pictures and stories with you over the next little while...I have 1000 pictures to go through!!!
Today I want to share a quick and fun little project that Sherri and I had at our booth at the Diva Show a couple weeks ago. Anyone who stopped by our booth had the opportunity to play with the In Colors and make a fun card!
Sherri designed a cute little card, eh? It has Big Shotting (with the Embossing Folders!), punching, stamping, a little ribbon and a little bling! We gave everyone a choice of In Color to do their card in and if they didn't want to make a Mother's Day card, we had another sentiment for them.
These two ladies were super fun! They are Grade 2 teachers and they had a blast making their cards!
We had a great time at the Diva Show and can't wait for the next one in October!
Have an inspired day!
