Ribbon Shares

There's so much new ribbon in the catalogue that I know you're going to want it all!  But, where to start?  Well, why not join some of my ribbon shares?  It's a great way to get ribbon in lots of colors without having to buy all of it right away.  Then you can see what colors you use most and start by buying spools of those!

This year it will be a little different.  You will only get 1 yard of each color of ribbon (if you want more than 1 yard, you can buy double...or triple!).  Each color will be wrapped on the coordinating color cardstock as shown in the picture.

Prices are as follows (shipping & tax will be applied to these prices):

3/8" Ruffled:  $6.75
1/2" Stitched-Poly:  $4.08
3/8" Taffeta:  $9.50
1/2" Scallop Dots:  $10.95
Crochet Trim:  $3.80
1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain:  $14.85
3/8" Denim:  $1.90
1/8" Taffeta:  $8.25
5/8" Satin:  $8.17
1/4" Grosgrain:  $7.65
Seam Binding:  $6.65

Remember, you will receive 1 yard of each of the colors in the style(s) of ribbon that you choose.  If you would like more than one yard of the ribbons, please feel free to order a quantity of 2 or 3 in the style(s) you want.  If you choose to order more than one yard of any particular ribbon, you will have that many yards of ribbon on each of your spools (eg. if you order 2  1/4" Grosgrain, you will have 2 yards on your spools).

The ribbon shares will be offered until the end of August and anyone in Canada can order them.  Please contact me if you're interested!

Have an inspired day!

So much new...

Where to start, where to start!  Since the new Idea Book & Catalogue went live, I've been so busy wading through all the changes that Stampin' Up! has implemented!  Most of it doesn't affect you, but there is one HUGE change that does!  The hostess plan has changed and it's sooooo much better!  Have a look...

I'm so excited about this new hostess plan!  It's so much more flexible than the plan in the past and you have the opportunity to earn half price items.  Can you say HALF PRICE BIG SHOT!!!!!!  I am in love with the hostess sets this year and I know you will love them too.  The best part is that with the minimum qualifying workshop, you can get any of the hostess products...none of them are out of reach!  And, if you happen to not love the hostess sets (I don't know why you wouldn't, but it happens *wink*), you can use your hostess dollars for anything you want in the catalogue rather than hostess sets.  WOW!!!

Ok, so if that weren't enough, Stampin' Up! is also offering a limited time $119 Demonstrator Starter Kit!  It's full of fun new product valued at $205!!!

Yep, new stamp sets, new ribbon, new paper...what fun!  And, when you join Stampin' Up! during the month of July (with the fabulous new starter kit) you will also get a FREE Christmas Keepsake project ($50 value) with some product from the upcoming Holiday Mini Catalogue!

It's so pretty!  I will be hosting a crafting night with anyone in my downline who signs someone up and all the new demonstrators sometime at the end of August so we can all craft together and get to know each other.  Watch for details on that soon!

I've also been busy stamping up a storm!  I have a weeks worth of posts ready to go for next week with so many stamping ideas your head will spin!  Be sure to check back tomorrow for some stampin'!

So, what are you waiting for?  Now is a great time to book your workshop and have a fun little get together with your friends.  Great stamping projects, fun with friends, FREE stuff...is there any better way to spend an afternoon or evening?  Contact me today to book your workshop!

And, if you've been wanting to earn some extra money, now's a great time to start with Stampin' Up!.  Today could be the first day of your new, exciting and fun job!  Contact me today to get signed up and start your journey down a rewarding path with Stampin' Up!.  I welcome all kinds of demonstrators to my team...from the ones who just want the discount, to ones who love to stamp with a group of friends to ones who want to reach for the top and join me on the next trip!

Well, it's Rubber Garage Sale day and I've got a few little finishing touches to attend to.  My reitred product is ready and willing to go to new homes today, the snacks are made, the door prizes are ready (draws every half hour), the make & takes are set up and I'm ready for a great afternoon!   Drop by between 2 & 5:30 for some stampin' fun!

Have an inspired day!

Totally Ties

Today for Mini Catalogue Monday I have a masculine card to share.  I seem to need a lot of masculine cards during the month of June, and this is one of the ones I made.  It's an easy card to make for any occasion just by changing the sentiment.

I actually did this for the Summer Mini swap I did with my downline and then made a few more because I knew I would need them!  And, I was thrilled that this stamp set was one of the bunch that made it into the Idea Book & Catalogue this year.

I started with a Crumb Cake base to my card which I sponged with Early Espresso ink.  Actually everything on this card is sponged with Early Espresso ink to make it have that shabby vintagey feel.  I love it!  The Always Artichoke layer is the striped pattern from the Regals Stack.  I scrunched it up, tore it and sponged it before sticking it down.  The Not Quite Navy layer was run through the Big Shot with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder (which I brayered Not Quite Navy ink on first so the pattern would be more pronounced).

Check out the ties!

The ties were colored with Stampin' Write Markers (More Mustard, Always Artichoke, Not Quite Navy) before stamping on Naturals White cardstock.  Again, I scrunched and sponged!  They are matted with a Crumb Cake piece and put on the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

My sentiment was stamped on the More Mustard panel and I finished it off with a sweet little button (actually it's a brad that looks like a button from the Vintage Trinkets).

I love the way this card turned out!  What do you think?  I may even use it for one of my swap cards for Convention...maybe!!!

Have an inspired day!

As Easy As ABC

I am so excited about the scrapbooking project I have to share today!  I have been working on a special book for my sweet little nephew for a super long time now.  Honestly, I started before Christmas and then left it for a while and came back to it last month.  I've been working hard on it for about 6 weeks and am thrilled it's finished...although I'm about a month late for his birthday!  Oh well!

I got the idea to make a personalized ABC book for him.  It took me much longer than I anticipated to gather all the pictures, but once I got my layouts planned and pictures organized it was just a matter of getting it done.

Have a look at my creation (I shrunk the quality and it may take a while to completely load because it's a good size book!)...

So, what do you think?  I know he is going to love looking at it because the pictures mean something to him.  And, I know his momma is also gonna love it!  My hope is that it will become a cherished keepsake for him!

Have an inspired day!
