Simply Adorned

I'm hooked!  I decided to take the plunge and order some Simply Adorned product since we have that great bundle right now (click here to see the info on the bundles!).

I ordered the 1x1 1/4" charm and 24" chain and got to work so I would have some fancy jewellery for the craft sale tomorrow.  Here's what I came up with.

Isn't it fabulous!!!!!  I started with a piece of textured Cherry Cobbler cardstock and ran my Cherry Cobbler ink pad around the edges to distress it a bit.  Then I colored the small oval image from the Tags Till Christmas set with my Early Espresso, Always Artichoke and Cherry Cobbler markers and stamped it on Very Vanilla cardstock.  I punched it out, stuck it on my Cherry Cobbler piece and then added some of the awesome Champagne Glass Glitter.

I finished it off with a scrap of the Deck the Halls fabric, a scrap of Victorian Crochet Trim and one of the Pearl Baubles.  I LOVE IT!!!!!  And, I'm totally surprised at how much I love it!  For all this time, I thought it was too chunky and mot my style...but I have realized that I can totally make it my style and change up the way my jewellery looks for any occasion or outfit!  So fun!

Now, the back has to be done too, since it can flip over and you don't want to have a blank back if that happens!!

My friend Sherri made the square design for me.  I stuck it to the back of my Cherry Cobbler piece and then added some itty bitty pearls!
